Loved this article, very intertaining and not like any other travel writer I have ever read. A comment to answer his question about the “red” yolks:
-Beta carotene, or xanthophyll both are natural plant pigments. When hens are able to eat green plant material or yellow corn (factory farm hens are sometimes fed yellow dye to color the yolks), the beta carotene concentrates in the yolk making it dark, sometimes even orange. Eating red peppers makes yolks red, and some plants can make the yolks green or even black…

I did notice something different about you that night…. When I was little, my dad accidentally had to shave his beard and mustache due to a razor mishap…. so I never know when to comment for fear that I might comment wrong. One of the funnest ways to get around, and to certain places the ONLY way to get around is by use of a water taxi. For example, if you'd like to go from The Office at Medano Beach to Lovers Beach, the only way to get there is by water taxi. They are easy to spot; just look for one of the boats that looks like this one pulled up onto the beach and walk up and negotiate a price. Most charge between $3-$10. If you are going to Lovers Beach, you can pre-arrange a time for them to pick you up. _________________ Good source for Cabo San Lucas travel deals

Hi Geoff, glad you discovered the train. I’m a big Amtraker, take it to Oceanside whenever I got to the Golden Door, and do likewise with Business Class, love it, can charge my phone, talk on my phone and even get a glass of wine or two, usually only one except once when a very nice guy slipped me two.
